为什么要涂抹类固醇药膏?

 

아토피환자의 몸은 면역글로불린을 많이 만들어내는데, 면역글로불린은 히스타민을 분비시켜 혈관과 피부에 염증을 만들어 가려움증 등을 유발합니다.

스테로이드는 이러한 염증을 없애는 작용을 해 아토피 피부에 효과가 있는 것입니다.

 

 

For people suffering from atopic dermatitis their bodyproduces

what is called immunoglobulin.

However, this immunoglobulin causes secretion of histamine and this leaves

inflammation in blood vessels and skin, making the person feel itchy.

Steroid acts on this inflammation and improves overall condition of the atopic dermatitis.

 

特应性患者的身体生长许多免疫球蛋白, 而免疫球蛋白分泌组胺

将血管和皮肤上制造炎症来诱发瘙痒等症状。

类固醇就是具有消除炎症，对特应性皮肤有效果。

类固醇可以说是治疗剂吗？

 

 

가려움증을 가라앉히는 증상 완화제 역할을 하지만

아토피 피부염을 치료한다고 보기 어렵습니다.

아토피 피부염이 있으면 원인 물질을 피하거나, 피부 보습 관리를 하는 게 필요합니다. 

 

It does help relieve itchy feeling

but cannot be referred to cure atopic dermatitis.

If you have atopic dermatitis try to avoid the fundamental
cause or try to keep your skin moist.

具有缓解瘙痒的症状缓和剂，但是

不能看做是治疗特应性皮炎。

假如有特应性皮炎就避开原因物，而必须要进行皮肤保湿管理。

 

 

 

스테로이드 부작용을 막으려면 어떻게 해야할까요?

How to prevent side effects of steroid?

怎样防止类固醇的副作用？

 

스테로이드 연고를 장기간 쓰면 안면홍조나 피부위축 등 부작용이 있습니다. 

아토피 피부염이 심한 어린이의 경우 하루에 1~2회, 2~3주를 넘지 않게 사용해야 합니다. 

Applying steroid for a long time may lead to side effects

such as facial blemishes or atrophoderma.

For children with serious atopic dermatitis try to apply 1~2 times a day for 2~3 weeks.

 

长时间使用类固醇药膏会有脸面红潮或皮肤萎缩等副作用。

像特应性皮炎严重的儿童每天要1~2次，不能超过2~3周的使用期限。

 
 

 

스테로이드를 끊으면 증상이 심해지지 않을까요?

What if stop steroid, would symptom become more serious?

不服用类固醇的话症状会不会更严重？

 

 

장기간 많은 용량을 쓰다가 스테로이드를 중단했을 때 증상은 심해질 수 밖에 없습니다. 

따라서 스테로이드는 적정 용법과 용량을 지켜서 쓰고,
끊을 때는 서서히 용량을 줄여가야 합니다. 

 

After using lot of steroid for a long time,
a sudden stop would definitely worsen the symptom.

Therefore, for steroid, appropriate dosage and application is required and

when one wishes to stop its use, try to reduce dosage gradually.  

要是长时间使用很多类固醇而中断时症状必定会严重。

类固醇要适量使用，而戒服时要慢慢减量。
